TA Routine कैसे बनाएं

Daily/weekly checklists, journal practice, time management। Serious traders कैसे काम करते हैं।

Lesson 8 of 87 min

Successful TA traders random nहीं trade करते। Structured routines में work करते हैं। यह lesson practical framework देता है।

Daily Routine (30-60 minutes):

Morning (15 min): 1. Check overnight global moves (BTC, ETH primary) 2. Read top 3 crypto news headlines (Coindesk, The Block) 3. Note any open positions status 4. Update mental "market mood"

Mid-day (15-30 min): 1. Daily chart review (BTC, ETH, your altcoins) 2. Mark new key levels (support/resistance) 3. Check open trades — stops still valid? 4. Plan potential entries/exits

Evening (15 min): 1. US market open impact (8 PM IST) 2. Update journal 3. Set alerts for next-day key levels 4. Sleep — no late-night impulse trades

Weekly Routine (1-2 hours, weekend):

1. Weekly chart analysis। Step back from noise — look at weekly BTC/ETH।

2. Performance review। - All week's trades - Win/loss ratio - Adherence to rules - Mistakes identified

3. Plan next week। - Key levels to watch - News events upcoming (Fed meetings, etc.) - Positions to consider

4. Read educational content। - Continuous learning critical - 1-2 hours weekly minimum

5. Backtest a strategy idea। - Take last 6 months data - Test specific entry/exit rules - Calculate hypothetical performance

Trading Journal — mandatory:

हर trade record करें:

``` Date: ___ Asset: ___ Direction (Long/Short): ___ Entry Price: ___ Stop-Loss: ___ Target: ___ Position Size: ___ Risk %: ___ Reason for Entry: ___
[After trade closes:] Exit Price: ___ P&L: ___ Reason for Exit: ___ Emotional State: ___ Lessons: ___ ```
Why journal matters: - Patterns visible only over time - Emotional patterns identified - Strategy refinement data - Tax records (Indian compliance!)
Tools setup:
Primary: TradingView (free tier sufficient for beginners) - Save chart layouts - Indicator combinations - Alerts on key levels
Secondary: - CoinGecko app (price tracking) - Twitter (curated crypto accounts) - Telegram (selective channels, not trading signals)
Indian-specific: - CoinDCX/Binance India apps - KoinX for tax tracking - Notion/Excel for journal
Position sizing routine:
हर trade calculate करें: 1. Account balance: ₹___ 2. Risk per trade: 1-2% = ₹___ 3. Stop-loss distance from entry: ___% 4. Position size: ₹___
If calculation gives uncomfortable position size, reduce risk %।
Watchlist organization:
Tier 1 (active monitoring): 5-10 high-conviction coins - BTC, ETH, SOL, MATIC, etc. - Daily chart review - Setup alerts on key levels
Tier 2 (passive watch): 10-20 secondary - Weekly check-in - Position only if exceptional setup
Tier 3 (ignore): Everything else - No analysis time wasted - Even if pumping in news
News management:
Daily reading limit: - 15-20 minutes max - Quality sources only (Coindesk, Decrypt, The Block, Bankless) - AVOID: Telegram pumps, random Twitter, influencer YouTube
Position management routine:
Open positions check (2x daily): - Stop-loss still appropriate? - Target reached? - Position size still suitable? - Add to winners (only after price confirmation) - Cut losers (no hope-trading)
Mental health routines:
1. Screen time limits। Max 2-3 hours daily। More = burnout। 2. Weekend breaks। Saturday or Sunday completely off। 3. Exercise। Physical health crucial for mental sharpness। 4. Sleep priority। Late-night trading destroys judgment। 5. No revenge trading rule। 2 losses = stop for the day।
Continuous improvement:
Monthly review: - All trades this month - Strategy adjustments - Reading list completed - Skills learned
Quarterly review: - Big picture performance - Compared to BTC HODL (benchmark) - Are you actually adding value vs simple holding?
Reality check: Most retail traders underperform BTC HODL over 1-year period। If your active trading <50% returns of BTC HODL, consider simpler approach।
Indian retail truth bomb:
With 30% tax, 1% TDS, and 95% retail traders losing money — active TA trading often doesn't make sense for Indians। Long-term hold strategies almost always better risk-adjusted।
Use TA for periodic entry/exit timing of long-term positions, not as primary strategy।
Bottom line: Discipline > intelligence in trading। Structured routine, journal, continuous learning = path to profitability। Random vibing = path to losses।
